Certain features may require an active internet connection and subscription.

3. User Accounts

remain the exclusive property of SpeakBill Private Limited or its licensors.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the information, invoices, product details, inventory records, customer information, and other content you upload to SpeakBill.

By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for:

  • AI voice processing
  • Improving platform performance
  • Customer support
  • Legal compliance

We do not claim ownership of your business data.

8. AI Voice Processing

SpeakBill uses artificial intelligence to convert voice input into invoices and business records.

While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated outputs may occasionally contain errors.

Users are responsible for reviewing invoices and business records before sharing them with customers.

  • Users are responsible for filing GST returns.

SpeakBill Private Limited does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.

12. Third-Party Services

SpeakBill may integrate with third-party platforms including payment gateways, WhatsApp, Telegram, cloud providers, and other external services.

We are not responsible for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SpeakBill during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
